Thrifty ***** or simple mistake

In March this year I hired a car from Dollar thrifty, unfortunitely because nothing is certain, I was in a car accident that wasnt my fault, so Knowing that I had taken super cover I was a bit stressed yet relieved as my waiver as per contract was R3K. 2 months later they deduct R28K from my account without consent, instead of the R3K agreed upon. Cost me losing a client who had paid for our services, since we could not honor the clients request for our services since my account was now sitting on a negative balance. So aparently the consultant was sick and deducted the wrong amount from the my account. We are all human and mistakes happen, however what annoys me the most is that the same consultant Debbie Paulse, calls me from her Cellphone number and tells me that she is doing me a favor by calling me directly and apologising! How dare you! after you have put my business and my mental health through hell, you dare say that! And not forgeting the unfriendly staff of Dollar thrifty accept for Dineo ( thank you for keeping me calm )- When you take money from a cleints account without consent even after written proof that the total to be paid is R3k, how do you get to R28K... and instead of assisting me to get the funds back I was told to tell my bank to help me recall. Wow! never in a million years have I dealt with such insensitivity, not to me, but to my business and my clients. Very dissappointed, I lost a client and you have just lost one as well.
