My wife and family rented a vehicle from Thrifty at CT Intl. Airport. The staff at the rental desk were very helpful and the car met our expectations.

On return we received or tax invoice and queried a charge the HQ Customer Care Portal. Our query was answered within 5 hours. Wonderful!
