Thrifty Dollar Car Hire- Deposit

I had a rental from Thrifty car hire in October. The doorlock was damaged on return and they supp**** me with a cost of just over R1500 on a Nissan Micra. I accepted the cost and was informed the balance of my R6000 deposit will be paid back. I have sent mail after mail and all that has happened is that they said they will pay me back. Customer Care at least send a mail to PE Thrifty asking to supply feedback. I cannot and will not recommend or ever use these guys again.
