THRIFTY DOES NOT WANT TO PAY OUR DEPOSIT BACK

We have been trying to get our deposit back from before the lockdown , and it seems that the only thing they are good at is isseuing ticket numbers, 3 Agents "dealt" with this complaint and yet no one can tell us WHEN we will receive our money back ,and you never get hold of the same agent again, it is plain and simple , *****ing is *****ing , no matter which way you do it !
