THRIFTY DOES NOT WANT TO PAY BACK MY DEPOSIT

I hired a car from Thrifty Car Rental at their Sandton Office and paid more than R5000 to them as a deposit. When I took the car back, they advised that there were 2 little dents (my partner was actually shown these dents) that would cost the whole R5000 to fix!!<br> <br> This is really unreasonable and not the kind of service I would expect from such a reputable place. <br> <br> I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that the money I did not get my money back as promised.
