Thrifty does not give back deposit

I have been waiting for my deposit for more thsn 2weeks now and they seem to be telling lies everytimrmr I ask and I had rented out the car in George and s ladu called Charlene just puts you throught to s call centre that never answers.. I am gutted by your service
