THRIFTY DO NOT PAY BACK DEPOSITS
I rented a car with Thrifty for 2 months and it was returned with no issues. I have sent +10 emails to them requesting my deposit with no luck. At one time they told me the deposit was done automatically within 7-14 days which is not the case. My Bank did a reconcile and the Thrifty staff gave a reference number that does not exist.
It's the 3rd month now without receiving my deposit.
