Thrifty Discount ****

I rented a car for my fiance and I honeymoon from Thrifty because they had a listing that it is 25% off if you book now. I had been looking at that vehicle and others since November before going with Thrifty because of the discount. But not only did the discount make me decide to use them bit I also ended up taking the superior cover as apposed to the standard cover.

After checking out and putting in my bank details the full amount was deducted from my account. I know this is the full amount because I happen to take screen shots of the vehicle on 12 November 2017 and on the day I booked it showing the price.

Ive tried to follow up with thrifty and they just say it was already included in the price and apart from that are exceptionally slow in responding to me and downright useless. I called again now and the lady i spoke to said that she was there when they discussed the case and that the price already includes the discount.

To make matter worse i checked again and the discount is "no longer" available and the full price is the same as i payed (without supposed discount) on today 11 Jan 2017

This in my mind is ********* and cant be legal.

Any advice would be appreciated.
