Thrifty disappearance

I returned my rental vehicle on 01 October 2021 at the Cape Town branch with no issues and no fuss. To date my deposit has still not been released. I am battling to get hold of Thrifty. One agent a week ago promised that this will be done but no response. This has never happened to me in the history of car rental.
