Thrifty Deposit **** : DOLOLO REFUNDS

Hi,

I rented out a car on 03/08/2018 and I’m yet to receive my deposit.

During the rental period I had a slight misfortune with the tyre and was told that they would hold on to the deposit up until they can make a claim for it.

I am still waiting for the claim and deposit almost 2 months later. I’ve made several inquiries with no success.

This is really annoying and frustrating as I believe that this is not good business etiquette.

I also believe that thrift is holding on to the deposit to earn interest on it which is highly *********.

I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!
