Thrifty Deposit Holding - Trending

WoW reading so many cases here on Thrifty's non-returning of Deposits.

We came back from Cape Town on the 26/02/2020 and our R10,000 deposit is still not been received and this after they already helped themselves to R94 cliamed to be for fuel! (while full tank was done minutes before drop-off)

They do not have the slightest idea how they are impacting people and with what i have incurred thus far honestly believe these guys should just close down! *Early indicators* saw a gentleman Rafeeq C's comment since Jan 2020 and its 03/03/2020 no deposit yet and now I am worried and have escalated matter, those in similar scenario we have 702 and social media to deal with ******!!!!! this approach seem to be quicker than any Ombud! - Reputational Damage is the premium nowerdays, get typing!
