Thrifty Credit Card *****

I hired a car from cape town thrifty on.4th October 2021 RA *** and i got back my deposit, To my surprise on 8th February 2022 they deducted money from my credit card with no reason what it was for as i called, and have emails.where they acknowledged that it was a.mistake but they dont want to refund it, and there is no reason for them not to refund it ,be careful this company thinks your credit card is their petty cash.
