THRIFTY Car Rentals

I emailed Thrifty, *** on Dec 7, 10:43 AM and still have not gotten a response. They market themselves as associates of Qatar on Qatar's website saying that you can get Qpoints. This did not happen. The dossier was not logged or handed in. I would like my Qmiles as promised on the booking contract.
