Thrifty Car Rental Useless
<p>We rented a car from Thifty King Shaka on 9th September for 5 days. We had to pay R6000 deposit that would be paid back into our card. After 5 phone calls and still nothing! They said that the payment was done 27th September and we must just be patient, but until today 25 OCTOBER it is not paid back.We just called the bank again to make sure that we are not at fault. We now have to pay the R6000 to our credit card provider.We have been clients for over a year now. It is a discrace!I hope this will get their attention.</p>

Thank you very much for your quick reply. The situation is now concluded. The deposit was paid into our card today and I received an apology from Mr Perumal.
