THRIFTY CAR RENTAL: *******. DO NOT USE!

I rented a car with Thrifty( which I booked for a month in advance AND STILL DIDNT GET THE CAR I BOOKED BY THE WAY), I returned the car on time, full tank and no dents or scratches. Their terms and conditions state that it takes 4-7 Days to get your deposit back and Thrifty is *******ly holding my deposit and did not return it. i have been calling them EVERY SINGLE day , and every day they tell me "we are processing it, we are processing it" and 2 weeks later i still dont have it. i dont have money for transport, food or any other basics because of these *******.

Horrible service , horrible stuff and i will never ever go back to this company.
