Thrifty Car Rental - They don't return your holding deposit as they claim

I have rented a car with Thrifty from the Sandton branch next to the Gautrain station in July 30th 2021. I paid R2000 as a holding deposit/pre-auth that was promised to be returned back into my account in full if no damages found after my rental ended. Till today I haven't received my R2000. I made numerous calls and sent emails regarding my deposit with no luck - the branch doesn't answer their phones, call center can't help at all.

It gets even worse, I rented again in September, barring in mind I still haven't received my deposit for the first rental, this time I paid R6000 holding deposit. Before I paid the R6k I was told to pay R129.72 for the previous rental charges which was for petrol - I asked why didn't they take it from the deposit as they claimed they would. To cut the review short this company failed me and they don't live to their standards and they owe me.
