THRIFTY CAR RENTAL THE WORST RENTAL EVER!!!!

Do not ever use Thrifty Car Rental. I rented a car on the 31st of January 2022 returned it on the 3rd of February. It has been a month and I have not received my 10k holding deposit. You call the call center and they do nothing but transfer you from one person to another. I've asked to talk to Diana who apperantly deals with payments she never picks up or takes your call. I've sent emails to Suleman@thrifty. co. za and still nothing. R10 000 IS NOT SMALL CHANGE GIVE ME MY MONEY
