THRIFTY CAR RENTAL SHOCKING SERVICE

I have e-mailed several times to resolve the issues with my account since February 2021, but these issues have still not been resolved.

I spend hours at a time to reach someone to discuss my query with and I have sent several emails, but still the matters has not been resolved. Two of the employees that I have spoken with have not been able to assist me.

Moaaz has contacted me and promised that the money owed to me will be paid into my bank account. This promise was made over a month ago and I have still not been credited.

Another employee Marlien van Wyk was also not helpful. The service from Thrifty is shocking!!!
