THRIFTY CAR RENTAL ********.

Gosh! There should be a zero star rating! OMG where do I even begin?! So I rented a car from this ****pie company Thrifty in Lanseria. Sure the staff is very nice EXCEPT their stupid manager ROWAN KELLERMAN! When I returned the car, yes I saw that the was a chip probably the size of an ant. The chip wasn't visible unless you're looking for it. After a month I went back to rent from them again only to be told I owe R4000. Mind you I didn't get an invoice whatsoever.

I asked the stupid Rowan to explain exactly how a small small chip could cost R4000! All he said to me was "I don't know"! OMG! Really?? I then went to Thrifty Randburg. They saw that I have an unpaid invoice. The lady printed out the invoice and was actually shocked when she saw it was for a flippin chip. She actually showed her co worker who was also shocked. I called around and discovered that to replace the windscreen for that particular car is around R800-R1000 including labor. I took the info the SR(stupid Rowan) and he said he'll take it up with management. Till now I haven't heard anything from them.

I then went back to ST(Stupid Rowan) and showed him that I got my deposit back and asked him why didn't they apply the deposit to the invoice and then ill pay the difference. AGAAAAAAIN stupid Rowan said "I don't know!"

Same thing happened to my wife. When she returned the car, she was told she owes R4000. Which later was R3000. Asking how come its now 3k, ST yet again said what? I don't know! She asked ST to send him a breakdown so we can see why we owe R3k. The invoice still doesn't explain where the deposit was app****.

Honestly, I think we are being ****med by this company. Something has to be done. I think a petition to shut it down must be planned.
