THRIFTY CAR RENTAL ****!!!

I rented a car on the 14th of October from thrifty Sandton city for 6 days, I haven't received my deposit since then!! I keep calling their head office, they take my number and say that the refunds department will call me back every time!!

this is unacceptable, PAY ME MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY or I will take Legal Action!!
