Thrifty Car rental OR Tambo - terrible service- stay away

The worst experience I ever had with a car rental company - I booked a vehicle online and contacted them to confirm the vehicle - on the day of pick up they gave me a different vehicle and told me that they will swap the vehicles within 3-4 days - nothing happened - they also told me that they will refund me the deposit on the day of the vehicle return and did not do it - Stay away - very bad service !!!!!!
