Thrifty Car rental OR Tambo bad service

I have written an email to their customer service department following a confirmed booking and rates that later changed. No one has contacted me or responded in 4 days following the event. I was left stranded at 21:30 at OR Tambo airport. Their service suck and no systems in place resolve customer peoroblems even though they are a 24 hour operation.
