Thrifty Car Rental not to be used

I hired a vehicle ontge 30th of October 2021 and returned the vehicle on the 1st November 2021. They mentioned that my holding deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 days. It has been o er 1w days and with no communication my refund has not been paid. I have made numerous calls to their offices and wow the service sucks. I have been put through from.pillar to post. I rented a vehicle from Europcars in September and received great service. I will not recommend anyone to make use of Thrifty Car rental
