Thrifty car rental not clearing deposits

They are steeling from people. *** agreement number. I have been waiting for a month know for my deposit to be cleared. Logged 4 tickets know response. I phoned my bank was even at my banks branch they cant help me because I cant reverse the payment. I phoned so many times. You can only make speak to person that makes reservations because only they are only prepared to take your money. Left 6 messages at reservations for a person to phone me back still waiting. And I must say the people in cpt depo was not wearing masks but I was desperate to get back to gauteng to work. It is shocking how much you charge people and still hold on to their deposit. Thrifty car rental abuse people during this time and are useless. I just dont find it fair and unacceptable. So desperate
