Thrifty car rental NO CUSTOMER SERVICVE

Renting from Thrifty is a bad experience.

Once you return the car they deduct another amount from your credit card.

After numerous emails with no response and support ticket that were close without resolution, a call with promises made that it will be resolve NOT RESOLVED and no response from anyone on the status.

This is ridiculous.
