Thrifty Car Rental is a ****, Don't rent with them

I rented a with Thrifty Car rental for 23 days and I was made to pay deposit of R15 000.00 plus the rental amount of which I paid the amount of approximately R25 000.00 and their 100km charges is R650 but on my arrival I exited the kilometres with 53km of which is the half of what they charge per day. Then when I enquire about my R15000.00 of the deposit they said they will charge me R6000.00 for exit the kilometers and they will pay back R9000.00 but still the R9000.00 that was promised to be paid has not yet been paid and when I call them each and everyday they keep on saying their waiting for authorization and suddenly they stopped taking my calls and they don't even respond to my email anymore.... I spoke to different people each and everyday but (Hazel, Melissa, shikaar, Zakiyyah, ect) I even know them by names. This company has ****med me R15 000.00 and I plea to the South African citizens to stop renting cars from them. They will **** you and you will not get your money back. They will request for a huge deposit knowing that you won't get it back. THRIFTY CAR RENTAL WILL **** YOU AND I PLEA TO SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM TO AVOID SUCH.
