THRIFTY CAR RENTAL IS A ********** & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER

I rented out 4 different cars with Thrifty Cape Town International Airport from the 17th to the 22nd of August, 2022 to which I paid deposits of R3, 500, R6, 000, R3, 500 and R3, 500 respectively for all 4 different days. It is with great regret that even after millions of back and forth from me calling the rental company to refund my full deposits it fell on deaf ears for so long until I called my bank to confirm what exactly had happened. As I write this review today, the 21st of September 2022, I am still yet to receive 2 of my deposits after a month even though they claim all holding deposits are returned between 7 to 14 days of dropping off the rented cars. Thrifty Car Rental is a very ********** company and shouldn't be patronized if anyone seeks a professional car rental company. I have reported this cases to their customer care and to my surprise they still haven't gotten back to be in the last 7 days. I haven't been able to pay up some of my bills because of the predicament I have been put through by Thrifty. This is extremely pathetic and I regret ever using them.
