Thrifty Car Rental is a big ****

The ****tiest Car Rental company ever! Their cars are faulty and risky (I had to request a new vehicle) as the initial vehicle had a battery malfunction. The replacement vehicle had a flat spare wheel, fortunately for me, we only realised that when I was returning the vehicle.

Now it’s over 15 days since I’ve returned the vehicle, they haven’t paid me back my deposit.
