Thrifty Car Rental Goes Silent

Extremely poor service. Rented a car which was checked in front of me when I returned it. The vehicle inspection form was signed with no damages and a copy given to me. 2 days later I get an invoice claiming apparent damages on the car? 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for evidence of damages. Apparently damages have been repaired already so no photo evidence and systems were down so no video footage??? A claim form that I never saw was filled out without my consent or signature. Further to that incorrect amounts were also then taken off for from my credit card for services I did not use. I was told this was ammended and the money would be refunded. That was 9 days ago... Still waiting.

Spoke to 7 different individuals within the organization including their social media page managers.... Still no feedback.
