Thrifty Car Rental *****ed us Over

They did not give me the car I paid for. I got there after ordering and paying and the car was not 'in stock'. They had ample chance to inform me of this before I went, but chose not to do so, probably because they knew I would have gone somewhere else. In essence, they ******* me into hiring a car I did not want, and now I'm left without the car that I actually needed. There are many other places you could hire a car from that won't ***** you over.
