Thrifty Car Hire worst service ever rediculous pricing Thrifty car hire. The worst service ever. First when I got there they did not have the car I booked, they gave me an older car with bluetooth not working even though I asked for it. They then charged me R7000 more on deposit than what I paid at Avis yesterday. I rented the car in February just for the day, I have yet to hear about my deposit. I have phoned in 3x where I was on hold for almost and hour and a half each time I then emailed them and have sent many follow up emails and still I have not heard from them. Worst service ever...never again.
