THRIFTY CAR RENTAL DOESNT RETURN DEPOSIT AS PROMISED ON TIME
I rented a vehicle through an agent which I always use, and get paid back my deposit with 2 to 3 days after returning their car. I got a different story witb Thrifty as I called their call centre because I rented in Bloemfontein Airport but until now no deposit is paid back. I mean what makes things to delay if their car is back. I will never recommend this rental company or never use again. I will look for alternative way to get my money back because this company is way far from business minded. When I went to collect one guy was also complaining saying he has been waiting for his deposit and thought it was jst an admin error, but now I see its not.

I rather send u the agreement number then u will check on your system and let me know, *** Agreement number.
