Thrifty car rental delay refund deposit

1) I regularly need to please and beg for an updated invoice after the conclusion of car rental 2) My ticket remained unanswered on the online portal for a week until I phoned and then the consultant assisted (she was professional and helpful in the end) 3) Thrifty instead of placing a hold on the credit card seems to actually take the full deposit. They then do not action a refund for quite some time. This has happened more than once.
