THRIFTY CAR RENTAL ******

Thrifty car rental are real ******.They took my money blocked me renting from them. The level of incompetence of their staff and management is appalling, they lack basic problem solving s****s. The senior management ignored my calls and couldn't assist me, customer service doesn't exist in their entire operation from: Suleman, Wendelle, Grenville to Tasmika front desk agent with a stinking attitude. I am WARNING all business operations and individuals intending hiring from this bogus car rental company to cancel their bookings they're a disgrace to the Car rental industry. I was inconvenienced and ****** of my money to the highest level. I had to make alternative transport arrangements for my family at midnight whilst I was told that my problem has been solved during the day. They disgust me to say the least having to travel from Sandton to O. R Tambo but still I was turned away senior managers ignored my calls. I will publish a story on The Star business day exposing their filthy operation that has complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will post all the evidence to support my complaint and posts from unhappy customers like me. They just a ****a shop, they should consider selling bananas, samosa and chopping sugar cane in Natal cos that what they can do best their abusive business practices are sickening. How were those so called managers were employed in such key positions with that little mental capacity.
