Thrifty car rental centurion

Hi We booked a car online on Wednesday online and we paid the required amount,, we where to collect a car on Friday at centurion.. Me and my girlfriend we went to finalise on Thursday,, I was carring my South African license with me,, left my passport at home and I am a foreign who has a permit in South Africa and they said they require my passport,,, on Friday I bought my documents to be added as a second drive,, The supervisor at centurion rejected me on a rude way,, and we said to her remove me as an additional drive and let my girlfriend be the main driver,, she refused us still with no reasons,,, I found her unreasonable,, then I said we need our money like agent so we can go and rent someway,,, she was unreasonable also,,, we where so hurt especially me with the way she treated us,,, I thought thrifty was the best car rental but with my experience at centurion branch,,, my rights was violented badly and my time.
