Thrifty Car rental at it again.

So again I find myself here in less than a month. I had an issue 2 weeks ago where Thrifty kept my deposit of R6000 for over a month. They then paid it back. I then received my statement from my bank just to see they deducted the rental fee twice. I send a request to the customer care service 3 days ago and I still have not received feedback. I am sorry but if one gets treated like this being a South African I feel sorry for all the tourists coming to SA for the holiday season coming up.
