Thrifty car rental

I rent a car and there service is very low by me i would not prefer them to nobody the way that they treat there clients i have been waiting 11 dae now for my refund on my deposit . I have contacted the like 10 time this week to hear wen they are going to refund my money they have a zero rating form me for client service
