Thrifty car hire pathetic disgusting service

Can I rate them Zero ? I rented a car with no issues in Durban . Same procedure , at O R TAMBO , oh no , they couldn’t assist because my credit card was in my sons name who was with me . With a drivers license . Same at sandton. Rude women , laughing in your face at your anger at both places . The manager at OR TAMBO has not called back , despite being asked to twice , the sandton manager sided with the rude woman who walked away when I asked her name , the call Centre after I got cut off - associate told me she didn’t know who the f@@k I had been speaking to . And then . When I get a car eventually they overcharge me for a day . Oh and at sandton the woman claimed she found no record of the Durban booking , I want my refund and I want an apology . Most disgusting service ever . You could learn from your Durban branch . Your are pathetic ,
