Thrifty Car Hire - No Refund on Deposit

I hired a car at Cape Town International Airport on the 20th February and returned the vehicle on the morning of the 25th February 2020. It has now been more than two weeks and I still have not received my deposit back on the vehicle. After calling in numerous times and even left a call me back message on their website, plus an email on the contact form, I still have not received a reply back from Thrifty. Never make use of them, they are useless.
