Thrifty car hire - No payment of deposit

I am utterly disgusted with the service received from Thrifty. I hired a car from them paid the deposit and now I am struggling to get my deposit back. If yo phone the call center you hold the line for hours and eventually when someone has answered you get transferred to someone else and the whole process starts all over. in the end you don't get to speak to someone that can assist you. if I can give you advise - do not use the service of Thrifty
