Thrifty car deposit ********

Bad bad service, I rented a vehicle twice on December, everytime you renting vehicle with them you have to pay deposit even when they still holding you a deposit from the previous rental, to cut the story short ". I requested refund on my first Rental deposit, I got an email from Samiqa Moosa saying my deposit was refunded it should show in my account in 3-4 working days but that was Friday last week as I write now is another Friday, there's still no money refunded to me😭😭🧐🧐😠😠😠😠😠I so not renting with them anymore. Bunch of ******** ....
