Thrifty Cape Town International Sucks

I have never seen such absidity. I arrived for a R1 group bakkie which is advertised on their website as a long base with a canopy that has windows.

I arrive and given a bakkie with no canopy, and it looked like a very old model with cracked seats. After I told them that I need a canopy, they give me a canopy with no windows and they are so non chalant about the whole situation even though I told them I am in a hurry. I spoke to their manager after a while of asking for him with noone calling him. Then they make wait for their depot, after which I am told they isn't someone bring a bakkie from there. The manager's attitude also wasn't good. He wasted my time further by a long explanation, asking me things that are not relevant to the situation at hand. Because of them my whole day has been spoilt. One of the people at the till called Anwar told me to move aside he wants to serve customers. Clearly I am not a customer here.
