Thrifty Cape Town Airport - ******** of note, it will end in tears!!!

Thrifty Car Rental Cape Town International Branch has the worst service ever!!! It took me 3 whole hours just to get the keys to the car, after forgetting my license all I had to do was fill out a sponsorship form....something which could've literally been given to me to fill in within the first 15minutes of being there. I was instead sent from pillar to post, one phone call after another to their switchboard all with my own airtime to access these forms. At no point did anyone from the branch bother to help me access these forms which I eventually received over 2 hours later.

As if this was not enough, the gentleman who did the inspection on the car did not take me through the inspection as he was doing it, he just pointed me to sign the inspection sheet knowing very well that the car I received did not have two wheel caps on.

When I returned the car they charged money for missing wheel caps, which is nonsense because that's how I got the car from them.

Thrifty Cape Town Airport staff are real ********..........highly disappointed in their service. I would not recommend to anyone ever!
