Thrifty bills you without sending you an invoice
I rented a car from Thrifty reference ********** and paid for the rental upfront. Thrifty has put an additional bill through to my account and did not have the decency to send me an invoice for the rental. I have no idea what else they are billing and will never know in the absence of an invoice. It is so frustrating and a far cry from Europcar who i had the pleasure to rent from two weeks prior.
