Thriffty Car Rental - Still waiting for deposit to be returned.

A car was hired for me from Thrifty in October 2021 and I paid the refundable deposit. To date, I have still not received the deposit back. I have phoned numerous times over the last few months and each time I phone, Hazel from Reservations is never at her desk or has returned my phone calls. Last week I finally managed to get to speak to her as I heard the receptionist in the background shouting at Hazel that she had better take this call. Hazel advised that she will come back to me as soon as possible and I am still waiting. This morning, I tried once again and Hazel was unavailable, I then asked to speak to her manager, and the receptionist cut the call.
