Thirfty *****s your refund and ignores their customers

If i could rate 0 stars I would. I have had the worst experience with Thrifty.

They haven't refunded the amount after return of the car; this is now a 6 moth long saga. Further, they are practically impossible to get hold of. After submitting about 6 complaints and queries through their website (which is also terrible and gives only one option for feedback) they simply closed my ticked saying its resolved. Still no refund. After a couple more submissions I got a reply saying they did refund, again end of story. They simply ignore me and have ****** my refund.

I've shared this on social media and have heard back that this has happened to other people as well. ****** refunds along with scratch repair and petrol refill ****s.

I have even contacted the bank directly to follow up if the refund amount was ever paid, no refund.
