Think again before using Thrifty

I returned the car on the 29th of December at 1pm early and on time and was told the holding deposit will be paid within 7 to 14 days which is very long by the way...

Iam still waiting for the deposit as I type this.. and was told that was I was only getting R2000 of the R3500 deposit I paid. I was charged an extra day when I brought the car on time ... I have reached out to the manager of the sandton branch and no response or acknowledgement of my email or even a call.. I keep calling and keep getting the run arounds

I hope the owners are aware at the level of unprofessional customer service they have been offering and I for 1 will never use their service again.

I need an explanation on why I've been charged for an extra day and why I have not yet be refunded!!!!
