Useless, very ***********, I lodged a complaint last week on Wednesday 06 January regarding my refund for a vehicle that was returned on the 21st of December 2020, no one called back nothing, I followed up this morning and they tell me that the person responsible for refunds is not at work, I'm going to report you to the ombudsman and I will tell people about you on all the social media until I get my money.
