They will not answer your calls or refund you

No refund of my deposit. I was promised my deposit of approx R2700, Agreement ***. Instead I was debited, I have called numerous times and keep getting cut off. I have even spoke to Stephan the regional Manager who promised to call me back with feedback. Nothing and no answer from the refunds department. Every person you speak to suddenly does not know who you are and denies speaking to you. The service is Appalling. You people ***** clients money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER
