They took extra money out of my account without my consent; *****ing

This company took extra money out of my account without my consent. An extra R2300 about two months ago was taken after they already charged me a week before. This is the Colbyn branch. I have been calling and complaining about this. They put me through every time to 5 different people. Obviously unorganized. The people I have spoken with has promised to call me back within the hour. They have NEVER done that. It's a vicious cycle every time I call them. Basically, they stole money from me and they are not giving it back.
